The first Ener-D reactor. In the past, this area was very wealthy and productive. When the Zero Reverse incident occurred, the entire sector was leveled and eventually was separated by Sector Security in accordance with Rex Godwin's orders. It did not stop criminals from entering the area and completely taking over. The security forces could not enter the area due to direct orders given from Godwin, so they abandoned the area.

Daedalus Bridge

Daedalus Bridge is a bridge connecting Satellite to New Domino City. A highway which connects all of New Domino itself was also built. Even with very short notice, Turbo Duelists can request to use parts of the bridge for Turbo Duels. After gaining permission, Sector Security closes off some of the roads and sets up a Turbo Duel circuit.
